Each Apt. 2 sourdough loaf has a one-of-a-kind personality and appearance. No two loaves look alike, baker’s choice selection. Please note, Size and weight vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our bread. Deliciousness never waivers though.

Apt. 2 Sourdough Boule is hand leavened in my home kitchen in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. From start to finish each loaf takes roughly 36 hours to make.
